The Knotts Family Band brings a gospel mix utilizing various acoustic styles including bluegrass, contemporary, folk, and praise as they perform original songs, classic hymns, and traditional gospel in their worship music. Their mellow tones and soft styles sets them apart and gives them a unique sound distinctly their own.

Though the family's key focus is their ministry of Christian music in churches and other venues of worship, they also enjoy taking their distinctively Christian music to other events, such as festivals, restaurants, fund raisers, and civic events. Believing that music is an effective tool to praise God among all people, this musical family does not limit their music to the church.
The band's distinct soft style also made them very popular at playing for weddings and other private parties. With a wide variety of beautiful traditional songs, the band also performs various popular music upon request.
